At Smart Tiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If your tiles aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the unused tiles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
